Puglia IGP Primitivo
Serviano
Serviano is a wine obtained from grapes grown on the farm's land in the countryside of Gioia del Colle, Acquaviva delle Fonti and Sammichele di Bari, home of the Primitivo grape variety.
This great vine finds its ideal habitat in low-fertility soils, at an altitude of about 330 m a.s.l., for expressing high-quality wines with an unmistakable aromatic complexity.
Serviano is vinified with traditional techniques, which preserve its characteristics and enhance its flavours, giving the palate pleasant and unusual sensations.
