Extra Virgin Olive Oil NOVELLO - 100% coratina cultivar obtained by cold pressing and natural dripping of only the best olives, chosen after careful selection, coming from the Rossi farm's olive groves.

- Olive grove altitude: 330 m above sea level
- Variety: Coratina cultivar
- Method of harvest: by hand
- Method of extraction: the milling takes place within 24 hours of collection, in order to obtain a very low acidity. The extraction takes place by natural cold dripping of the olives. The freshly pressed and unfiltered oil is bottled naturally in the first weeks of the harvest.
